Chardonnay Reserva
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay.
Vineyard location: Maipú, Mendoza.
Vineyard age: planted in 1992.
Altitude: 870 masl.
Soil: silty loam.
Yield per hectare: 7,200 kg/ha.
Harvest: manual.
WINEMAKING
Fermentation temperature: between 18°C and 20°C.
Aging: 30% of the blend aged with French oak staves for four months. Bottle aging for a period of 4 months.
TASTING NOTES
Yellow hue with bright golden reflections. Aromas of green apples, ripe tropical fruits, and herbal notes blend with a balanced presence of vanilla, confections, and baked goods imparted by the oak. On the palate, it shows a complex, broad, and well-balanced structure, enhanced by a delicate fruity creaminess, providing an excellent and prolonged finish. An ideal pairing for white meats, flavorful fish, and desserts.
